This Isn't New
The outcome isn’t random, it’s consistent.
It happens again. A different situation. Different people. Different timing.
But somehow, the ending feels familiar. You’ve felt this before. Not exactly like this, but close enough to recognize it.

At first, it looks new.
You tell yourself this time is different. That things have changed. That the context isn’t the same.
But something about it feels… repeated.
So is it actually new?
Or does it just look different on the surface?
Maybe it’s not happening again.
Maybe it’s repeating.
Different situations. Same outcome.
Different people. Same kind of feeling.
Different attempts. Same result.
And each time, it feels like coincidence. Or bad timing. Or just one of those things.
So you move on. You don’t question it too deeply. You don’t really stop to look at it.
Because it’s easier to call it random than to consider that it might not be.
But what if it isn’t random?
What if the outcome is consistent for a reason?
We usually look at what’s happening around us. The situation. The people. The timing. We rarely look at what stays the same.
The way we react.
The way we choose.
The patterns we don’t notice because they feel normal.
And that’s the part that repeats. Not always in the same way. But in a way that leads to the same place.

Patterns don’t look like patterns when you’re inside them.
They change shape. They change form. They show up in different situations.
But the root stays the same.
So it feels new.
But it isn’t.
Maybe nothing is “wrong” with what’s happening.
Maybe something is just repeating.
Quietly. Consistently.
And maybe you’ve seen it before.
Just not this clearly.
If this stayed with you,
don’t ignore it.
It usually means it applied.
